New Property Updated:20 Townhouses in Greenwich Under Management Contract with NGI.


This beautiful 20 Townhouse complex was purchased by Gaslight Courte Properties, LLC in June 2018. NGI Asset Management and Gaslight Courte Properties have agreed on a 2 year management contract.


This is our first property in CT since we've decided to expand into this market. It will grow with us as we expand further in Connecticut.
