Have a client who could benefit from our services? Send us the referral and we'll be in touch or you can schedule a conference call. Be sure to let them know we'll be calling.
SCHEDULE MEETING WITH OWNER
We'll get in touch with the owner and schedule a property walk through, create a management proposal, & sign management agreements
WE PAY YOU!
Once management agreements have been signed, we'll send you 10% of the 1st years management contract as a referral fee

The average 1-year commercial management contract is roughly $25k, and at a 10% referral rate, that means NGI will pay you $2,500. Not only that, but we will we give you the exclusive priority as the listing agent for any sale or leasing opportunities for any properties you send our way.
